Portuguese football superstar will not face criminal charges over rape allegations.
The DNA sample, given in January by Ronaldo during the investigation into the alleged rape of Kathryn Mayorga, corresponds to the samples taken from the girl’s body while visiting her at the hospital in 2009.
According to The Sun, among the nearly 100 pages of email exchanged between the police and the prosecutors, there is an email from Las Vegas detective Jeffrey Guyer, who says: “We already have the DNA results and they match.”
In the email it is also mentioned that Ronaldo admitted to the lawyers that Mayorga said “no” and “stop” during the sexual act.
Ronaldo was discharged of all allegations of abuse last July, once they cannot be proven.
