Man Sets Surfboard World Record

A 62-year-old ex-marine lasted around eight hours.

George Hood broke the world record after spending eight hours in the plank position. The ex-Marine of the US Navy guarantees to be in the best shape of his life, at 62 years.

Guinness confirmed the record for eight hours, 15 minutes and 15 seconds.

Hood revealed to CNN that he trained on average seven hours a day for the past 18 months: “It’s four, five hours a day in a plank position.
